About

Puma Trinity

The Trinity is Puma’s attempt to capture three eras in one shoe, and that’s where it gets its name. The model combines elements from the brand’s classic, technical and modern sides: a leather toe in the tradition of retro models, a mesh midsection from 1990s sports shoes, and a heavily extended sole that comes from the present.

The execution remains restrained. The leaping cat sits as a large element along the side, with the brand name embossed on the midsole and a pull tab on the heel. The sole continues to the heel with a wavy top edge, where it flares outward, and a fine tread on the underside provides grip. Overall it appears wider and fuller than the brand’s classics.

Its positioning is that of an affordable everyday sneaker: not a collector’s item and not a performance model, but a shoe that relies on comfort and recognizability. That explains the wide availability.

Within the brand’s lineup, the Puma Slipstream and the Puma CA Pro serve the classic side, while the Puma X-Ray fills the layered technical silhouette.
