Deze Air Jordan 1 Mid SE draagt zijn Zen Master-thema in de kleuren zelf. Een zwarte basis vormt het anker, waar een tie-dye wassing van bleached coral overheen kruipt, verzacht door wit. Het roze-oranje ligt niet vlak maar vloeit, alsof de verf nog in beweging is, en dat geeft elke stap iets levends. De coral springt naar voren, het zwart houdt de boel geaard, en het wit brengt lucht. Voor wie de details kent: de DM1200-001 blijft rustig waar veel tie-dye juist schreeuwt.
De gelaagde leren overlays houden hun vorm door de seizoenen heen en veeg je met een doek zo weer schoon. De mid-snit sluit netjes rond je enkel voor houvast, terwijl de rubberen zool je grip geeft op gladde stoep. Draag hem met een effen zwarte broek zodat de coral wash het laatste woord krijgt, of juist met wit om die zachte tinten helemaal open te trekken.
