What is Onitsuka Tiger known for?

Its retro sports look from Japan, with the Mexico 66 as its best-known model. The shoes are low and slim, with their distinctive curved stripes. The brand focuses on fashion and streetwear rather than modern running performance.

What is the difference between the Mexico 66 and the Tiger Corsair?

The Mexico 66 is based on a running shoe and has a smooth, flat profile. The Tiger Corsair draws more on indoor sports heritage, with a slightly sturdier build. Both have a low, slim design.

Do Onitsuka Tiger shoes run large or small?

They run narrow and slightly small because the last is snug. Many wearers therefore choose half a size up, especially if they have wider feet. The sizing information for each version provides the definitive answer.

Right now the Onitsuka Tiger Tokuten “Cream Black” (1183B938-100) is the most sought-after Onitsuka Tiger, with a Hypescore of 60 GSv.
