Nike release an unconventional iteration of the Air Max 270 which originally released in September 2018. The ‘Air Max 270 Bowfin University Red Light Citron’ has an upper crafted from ripstop nylon and features elastic straps which cover the sides. Flexible neoprene material is utilised to ensure the foot stays in place and a toggle pull lacing system is used in place of the traditional system. The sneaker is dressed in a classic colourway consisting of university red, black and cream shades which go against the black nylon used on the upper.
