Universitair goud, van de neus tot de zool. Dit warme mosterdgeel trekt het hele silhouet strak dicht, met een zilveren Swoosh die dankzij de contrasterende stiksels als een schets over het leer loopt. Het is doorlopend leer, dus de schoen houdt zijn vorm en veeg je met een doek zo weer schoon. De blootliggende schuimrand langs de kraag en tong geeft de bouw iets rauws en onaf, en het woord AIR staat als print op de zijkant van de zool. Wie de collectie kent, herkent DD1876-700 meteen aan het geweven OFF-labeltje en de Helvetica-tekst op het kwartierpaneel.
Onder je voet zit Nike Air, dus lange dagen op beton vangt de demping moeiteloos op. De gele middenzool loopt door in precies dezelfde toon, waardoor het geel als één blok leest in plaats van los accent.
