Where does Lacoste's crocodile logo come from?

The logo refers to founder René Lacoste, who was nicknamed 'the crocodile' as a tennis player. He had the crocodile embroidered on his tennis blazer and later on the brand's polo shirts, which he founded in 1933.

Do Lacoste sneakers run large or small?

Lacoste sneakers generally fit true to size, although court models can sometimes run slightly large. If you're between sizes, choosing the smaller half size is the safest option for many models.

Which Lacoste models are the most popular?

The classic court silhouettes in white leather are among the best-known Lacoste sneakers, alongside retro-inspired and sportier models. The best choice depends on whether you're looking for a smart or more casual look.

Why does the price of the same Lacoste model vary by shop?

Each shop sets its own prices, stock levels and offers. Solezilla compares the same model across dozens of shops, so you can find the best price in your size without having to check each one separately.
