Wit en University Red, meer heb je bij deze Dunk High niet nodig. De basis blijft helder wit, terwijl het felle rood over de overlays, de swoosh en de hiel valt — dat contrast maakt de Championship-uitvoering meteen herkenbaar. Het rood is warm en levendig, geen zacht kersenrood maar een zelfverzekerde, knallende tint die je van een afstand al ziet. De hoge snit tilt het silhouet net iets op en geeft het geheel dat klassieke basketbalkarakter waar de Dunk zijn naam aan dankt. Voor de kenner: dit is DB2179-106.
Het lederen bovenwerk houdt zijn vorm en veeg je met een doekje zo weer schoon, handig bij zo'n lichte basis. De gewatteerde kraag en tong voegen comfort toe rond de enkel, terwijl de rubberen buitenzool grip geeft op straat. Draag 'm op een strakke donkere jeans zodat het wit-rood alle aandacht pakt, of juist op grijze joggers voor een lossere look waarin het rood knalt.
