Ugg Tasman Slipper

The Tasman Slipper is the slipper version of the model that UGG revived around 2022. It’s the same low slip-on with the braided zigzag band around the collar, but here presented for what it was originally intended: as an indoor slipper, with a sole that has enough tread to step outside onto the pavement briefly.

The construction is that of the original. Suede upper, a dense wool lining that curls over the collar edge, the stamped brand logo on the side and the braided contrast-colour band that runs like a signature around the opening. The heel is open, there is no fastening, and the sole is lightweight and treaded. A slipper that doesn’t pretend it has to stay indoors.

Within the selection on this page the styles vary, from closed winter versions to knitted variants and versions with different linings. The differences are in material and warmth, not in shape: the shape remains the same across the range.

The naming is confusing, because the same shoe appears under multiple labels. The Ugg Tasman is the main page for the model, the Ugg Tasman II the revised generation, and the Ugg Tazz Slipper is a version that puts this exact slipper on a chunky platform sole block.
