Warm en gedempt, zo laat de Sail-uitvoering van de Jordan Series Mid zich het beste omschrijven. Een crèmekleurige basis draagt de boventoon, met zachte vlakken pale vanilla die de romige sfeer versterken. Sail voelt hier niet koud of steriel aan, eerder verzadigd en bijna zonovergoten. Daaroverheen legt brown basalt een aardse, licht vergrijsde laag, en precies waar je het niet verwacht flitst een streepje oranje op. Die kleurcombinatie maakt DO5247-122 rustig genoeg voor dagelijks dragen, maar net eigenzinnig genoeg om op te vallen tussen witte standaardsneakers.
Het bovenwerk is volledig van leer, wat betekent dat de schoen zijn vorm goed vasthoudt en je vuil met een vochtige doek zo weer wegveegt. De mid-hoge snit sluit netjes rond je enkel en geeft je voet wat extra steun bij elke stap, zonder dat je bewegingsvrijheid inlevert. Combineer 'm met een gekrompen of opgerolde broek, zodat die warme tinten en de silhouetlijn volledig tot hun recht komen.
