Latte, en die naam klopt precies. Deze Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG giet zichzelf vol in warme koffietinten: een romige sail-basis waar zachtbruine overlays overheen rollen, met net genoeg zwart om de boel scherp te houden. Het is die combinatie van crème, bruin en gebroken wit die de variant zo herkenbaar maakt — rustig, maar met karakter dat je van een afstand al leest. In fel licht kantelen die tinten net iets warmer, van zacht crème naar volle espresso.
Het bovenwerk is uitgevoerd in suède, en dat merk je. Zacht in de hand, met een fluweelachtige diepte die de bruintinten extra laat leven en de schoen meteen een premium uitstraling geeft. De hoge snit sluit netjes om je enkel en geeft steun waar je die wilt. Voor de kenner: dit is de FD2598-021. Draag 'm op een rechte, ecru of donkerbruine broek, zodat die latte-tinten alle ruimte krijgen om te spreken.
