The name says “Wonder White”, but that’s not what you see. This Campus 00s is a warm, soft sandy shade with a rosy undertone — closer to blush than white. And that’s exactly what makes it interesting to style.
The upper is made entirely from suede, with that matte, slightly napped texture that absorbs light rather than reflecting it. The three stripes are finished in white leather, edged with zigzag stitching that’s easy to spot up close. “CAMPUS” appears in white on the side, and the heel patch is also made from white leather. The laces and collar trim feature a corduroy-like ribbing in the same sandy shade. Underneath is a cream-colored rubber cupsole with a little extra volume.
Why the undertone matters
A truly white sneaker calls for white or black somewhere in your outfit, otherwise it can clash. This one doesn’t. Because the color has some warmth to it, it sits naturally alongside camel, taupe, rust brown and off-white. Picture sandy-colored wool trousers with a cream sweater: the result is one continuous color story instead of a sneaker that looks disconnected underneath.
It works with denim too, but choose carefully. Light, slightly faded jeans enhance the shoe’s softness. Dark, slim jeans create more contrast and make the outfit look neater. Both work — they’re just two different looks.
When to wear it
For autumn, I can see it working especially well with layers from the same color family: an off-white knitted sweater, a long camel coat and taupe trousers. It’s a look that stays calm because there are no harsh contrasts, and the shoe is the perfect finishing point at the bottom.
If you want something more lively, I’d look for contrast in the materials rather than the color. Leather or a smooth fabric next to this suede creates enough variation without adding a shade that fights the rosy undertone. I’d leave bright red or royal blue out of the equation here, for example.
The cupsole gives the Campus 00s a little more height and width than the classic silhouette, so it holds its own under wider trousers without getting lost. It also works under a long skirt or a midi dress with socks, creating a soft, relaxed combination that doesn’t look overly sporty.
One thing to be honest about: light suede in a soft shade isn’t the most carefree material. It’s perfectly fine for dry days and city wear, but this isn’t the shoe to take out in the rain.

The original retail price was €110. There are currently ten active listings, with prices starting at around €41 and going up to more than €300. That’s a huge spread for the same Campus, and it mainly comes down to which sizes are still available where.
So first check which adidas stores have your size, and only then compare prices. With a spread like this, that’s the difference between a bargain and paying far too much.
