Volt zet hier de toon: dat felle geelgroen straalt van het Atomknit-bovenwerk af alsof de schoen zelf licht geeft. Daaroverheen spelen Concord-paars, een stoffig Dusty Cactus-groen en een scheut Total Orange, in strakke colorblock-vlakken die elkaar constant afwisselen. Het resultaat is druk in de goede zin — geen kleur die zich verstopt, elke tint claimt zijn eigen zone. Wie de FD8315-700 kent, herkent meteen dat neon als handtekening van deze variant.
Het Atomknit houdt de boel luchtig en koel, zodat je voet ook op langere dagen blijft ademen. Onder je zolen vangen de dubbele Zoom Air-eenheden elke stap op en veren je weer vooruit, geholpen door de doorlopende carbonplaat die je energie teruggeeft in plaats van slikt. De rubberen buitenzool grijpt vast waar je 'm neerzet. Combineer 'm met egaal zwart of grijs en laat die Volt het hele plaatje dragen — de kleur doet al het werk, jij hoeft alleen nog maar door te lopen.
