Zwart voert hier de boventoon, maar de accenten geven deze Air Adjust Force z'n gezicht. Op de zijkant zit een opvallend bubbelpaneel in Psychic Purple, met een Swoosh eroverheen die oplicht tegen het donkere Durabuck-bovenwerk. Wit vult de details in en houdt het contrast fris. Kleine Swoosh-emblemen op de neus vormen een speels accent dat je pas van dichtbij opmerkt. Het paars kleurt precies genoeg om op te vallen tussen eenkleurige silhouetten, zonder schreeuwerig te worden.
Dat crosstrainer-silhouet uit de jaren negentig draagt een dubbel bandensysteem over de wreef en de hiel. Die harness trekt je voet strak op z'n plek, dus je staat meteen stevig verankerd — fijn als je veel beweegt of simpelweg houdt van een schoen die niet losjes zit. Op de hielband en de inlegzool prijkt de AMBUSH-signatuur, het samenwerkingsdetail dat de DM8465-001 meteen herkenbaar maakt voor de kenner. Combineer 'm met een strakke zwarte broek zodat het paarse paneel al het werk doet, of laat juist wat wit doorschemeren om de accenten op te pikken.
