Jordan is part of Nike, but its sizing is published separately. And one thing immediately stands out: while Nike uses three scales for men, women and kids, Jordan sticks to one unisex scale covering fifteen sizes. It starts at EU 40 and runs through to 49.5.
One scale for everyone
Jordan does not distinguish between men’s and women’s sizes in its size guide. That saves you some hassle, because this distinction is what causes the most mistakes with other brands: the same US notation can refer to two different EU sizes. That problem does not exist with Jordan.
For the sizes covered by both Jordan and the standard size chart, the values match. Your usual size is therefore a good starting point, while the table below helps you convert between EU, UK, US and centimetres.
Smaller than EU 40
This is where the main point of attention lies. The official Jordan scale starts at EU 40. Everything below that falls outside the published chart, even though many models are sold in smaller sizes — usually in the kids’ or GS version.
If you’re looking for a size smaller than EU 40, check whether you’re looking at a GS model and use Nike’s kids’ sizing as a guide. We do not include Jordan values for these sizes when the brand itself does not publish them.
Fit
Jordan fits true to size. If you have Nikes in your closet, your Nike size is your Jordan size: the brands use the same last for their standard models.
Width is the variable, not length. If you have wide feet, you’re more likely to run into a snug toe box than a shoe that’s too short. Going up half a size is a workaround, not a solution, because it mainly makes the shoe longer rather than wider.

Still not sure?
Measure your foot from heel to longest toe and compare that length with the cm column. Do this while standing, at the end of the day, and measure both feet. The larger foot determines your size.
Once you know your size, you’re two clicks away from being done. Enter it in the filter and you’ll only see shops that have your size in stock, starting with the cheapest. No more keeping multiple tabs open to compare prices, and no guessing at checkout.
Frequently asked questions about Jordan sizing
Does Jordan have separate men’s and women’s sizes?
No. Jordan publishes one unisex scale covering fifteen sizes. The same US notation therefore always corresponds to the same EU size, making conversions easier than with brands that use two scales.
Why does the Jordan size guide only start at EU 40?
That is where the brand’s official scale begins. Smaller sizes are usually sold as GS or kids’ versions and fall outside the published chart. We do not include values for them that the brand itself does not provide.
Does Jordan sizing match Nike sizing?
Jordan is part of Nike but publishes its sizing separately. For the sizes covered by both brands, the values match; the main difference is in how the scales are structured, with Nike using three scales and Jordan using one.
