Solezilla in numbers — September 2026

Every month we take the platform’s measurements and publish them in full. A price comparison site is only as good as the breadth of what it can compare, so here is where Solezilla.com stood on 28 September 2026, across all three markets it serves: Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The three markets, side by side

Solezilla.com compares stores that ship to each market separately, so the same sneaker can carry a different selection, and a different price, in Europe, the UK and the US. Europe is by far the deepest catalogue. The UK and US are the newer markets and still smaller, but growing.

In numbers, Europe carries 196,589 sneakers with a live offer across 156 shops, against 34,973 sneakers and 26 shops in the United Kingdom, and 21,878 sneakers and 22 shops in the United States. The gap is a matter of catalogue age rather than store count, and closing it is the work of the coming months. You can compare for yourself from the Solezilla homepage.

What stands out in September

Three things are worth pulling out. First, the depth is real: 93,604 sneakers are now price-comparable across three or more retailers, which is where comparing actually saves money rather than just listing a single seller. Second, prices were soft in euros and dollars but firm in sterling. The Sneaker Price Index read 99.8 for Europe (down 0.2 percent on August), 99.5 for the United States (down 0.5 percent) and 100.8 for the United Kingdom (up 0.8 percent). Third, the softness was concentrated. In euros, New Balance and ASICS both fell 5.8 percent and On fell 4.0 percent, while Reebok was the only brand to rise.

This is the first .com edition to report the full three-region split. Last month’s report looked at the Dutch and German platforms; from here, these totals form the baseline that each future edition will track. The month-on-month direction of prices themselves lives in the price index, which is measured on a matched basket rather than on the raw catalogue.

All of these figures, together with the method behind them, are kept current on our Press and data page, and the monthly movement is broken down by region and brand in the Sneaker Price Index.

How we count. “With a live offer” means at least one store currently lists that sneaker at an up-to-date price and ships to the market in question. “Price-comparable” counts sneakers offered by three or more separate retailers.
