Sail zet hier de toon: een romig, gebroken-wit leren bovenwerk dat de hele Air Jordan 5 een zachte, bijna luxe uitstraling geeft. Daartegenin werkt de zwarte mudguard als scherp contrast, terwijl subtiele vegen lila, blauw en zilver voor net dat beetje kleur zorgen. De tong is zilverkleurig en reflecterend, met een zwarte Jumpman, en vanbinnen loopt een lichtblauwe gewatteerde voering door. Op de hiel prijkt in geel de 'We The Best'-tekst — het detail waaraan kenners deze DV4982-175 meteen herkennen. De doorschijnende zool mengt blauw en lavendel.
Het volnerf leer houdt netjes zijn vorm en veeg je bij een vlekje zo weer schoon, handig bij zo'n lichte tint. Onder je voet vangt de Nike Air-demping elke stap op, zodat je hele dagen comfortabel blijft doorlopen.
