Does this shoe run large or small, and which size should I order?

The Adidas FYW S-97 generally fits true to size, but its wide, chunky fit gives more room in the forefoot. If you have narrow feet, consider a half size down; if you have wide feet or wear thick socks, stick to your usual size for comfort and stability.

What is the difference between this and similar chunky sneakers like the Ozweego?

Compared to the Adidas Ozweego, the Adidas FYW S-97 has a more striking, technical design with heavier cushioning and a more robust outsole. The Ozweego feels lighter and sleeker and leans more on retro styling. Choose the FYW S-97 for maximum presence and stability, the Ozweego for a subtler everyday look.

Are the materials good quality and how durable is this model?

The construction of the Adidas FYW S-97 combines mesh, synthetic overlays and a hard-wearing rubber outsole, making the shoe durable under normal use. The midsole uses firm foam for long-lasting cushioning; with intensive outdoor use the outsoles wear down sooner. Regular maintenance significantly extends the lifespan.

What clothing do these sneakers pair best with and what are they suitable for?

You can easily wear the Adidas FYW S-97 with casual and streetwear looks; pair them with tapered jeans, cargos or sporty joggers. Because of the chunky silhouette it works well as an eye-catcher in a minimalist outfit and is suitable for daily walking, urban activities and light athletic use, but not for intense running.

How do I clean and maintain these shoes so they stay looking good for a long time?

Clean the Adidas FYW S-97 with a soft brush and lukewarm water with mild soap, gently rub away stains and rinse lightly. Let the shoes air dry away from direct sunlight; do not use a dryer or aggressive cleaners. For extra protection you can apply a water- and dirt-repellent spray to the upper.
