Nike bring us the classic Air Force 1 Low silhouette that’s been given a utility redesign with the release of the ‘Air Force 1 Utility Black Gum’ which originally released in November 2018. The sneaker has an upper which is crafted from black leather with various textures. The traditional lacing system on the original AF1 is replaced with two large black straps paired with a longer tongue to secure your foot in place. Nike signature "Swoosh" branding is found on the medial side of the sneaker as well as on the straps and tongue. Additional details include an industrial-looking heel tab that rises far above the heel collar and is paired with a black metal D-ring. The look is completed by the contrasting gum rubber midsole and outsole which sit underfoot and house the Air cushioning technology.
