Black and white, and you’ve seen it a hundred times. Most of those are the regular Panda. This pair is a little different: the Next Nature version in women’s sizing, style code DD1873-102. From across the room you won’t spot it. Look down at the sole and it clicks.
The build is the exact mix that made the Panda so hard to kill off: a white leather base with black overlays on the toe, the Nike swoosh, the heel and the collar. Black laces, a white midsole, a grey heel tab you barely notice. Nothing shouting for attention, which is precisely why it slots in with almost everything already sitting in your closet.
The recycling is hiding in the outsole
Next Nature is Nike’s line built with recycled materials. You can see it in the black outsole: those little flecks aren’t a design flourish, that’s the recycled rubber showing through. For how the shoe wears it changes very little — it’s still a leather Dunk Low that sits firm around the foot. The story around it is just a touch different from the standard pair. And one thing to flag before you order: this is the women’s cut, so if you usually take a men’s size, do the conversion first, because the sizing runs differently. No pink anywhere this time, by the way, strict black and white, so for once I don’t have to hold myself back.
€48 or €135, the same shoe
Here’s where it gets interesting. On Solezilla.com I’m counting twelve active listings across eleven shops right now, and every one of them is priced in euros. The spread is wide. StockX shows a pair just under €50, but that’s a single size on resale, not a floor you should plan around. The regular run starts around €72 at Side Kicks, then €89 at Collect District and €93 at Sneaker Ask, and climbs through Dress Inn, OZ Sneaker and Geturbrick into the €100–€120 band, with Stadium Goods at €128 and HYPENEEDZ topping out at €135. For a shoe that launched around €110, that’s a real range to shop.
There’s one UK listing as well, at Sneakin UK for about £87. No dollar offers at the moment, so if you’re buying from the US you’d be adding shipping and import on top of a euro price. The reason it jumps around this much comes straight back to the women’s sizing: which sizes get left on the shelf and marked down differs per shop. The 40.5 one store is clearing is the one the next has sold out of. So on a pair like this it genuinely pays to compare on your own size rather than chase the lowest number in the list.
The Hypescore sits at 80, which lands it in ATOMIC, the top band on our scale — not bad for a colourway that’s been in rotation this long. Would I wear it myself? Yes, this is the kind of pair you pull on without thinking and it never looks wrong. Just check which shop has your size at the sharpest price first — on the Next Nature page you can see the listings and sizes side by side. Want the wider family, every Nike Dunk colourway is here. Then tell us in Grail or Bail.
