Grijs is hier geen achtergrondkleur, maar het hoofdpersonage. Op een basis van licht grijs leer leggen donkerdere grijstinten zich als overlays neer, zodat het silhouet diepte krijgt zonder luid te worden. Daaroverheen liggen witte Swooshes van getumbeld leer, met een zachte structuur die het geheel meteen premium laat ogen. De echte twist zit in de details: een roze pull tab en tonglabel breken het koele grijs open, terwijl de witte tussenzool met lichtblauwe stiksels een speels randje toevoegt. Zwarte veters en een zwarte buitenzool zetten alles strak vast. Kenners herkennen deze combinatie aan stylecode DJ9800-001.
Het leer houdt netjes zijn vorm en veeg je met een doek zo weer schoon. De hoge snit geeft je enkel extra steun, terwijl de grijze mesh tong voor ademing zorgt op langere dagen.
