Diep zwart als basis, en daaroverheen een schaal in metallic Varsity Red die het licht opvangt en meebeweegt met elke hoek waaronder je hem bekijkt. Witte accenten trekken strakke lijnen langs de zool en zetten dat rood extra aan. Het is die glimmende Foamposite-schaal die deze One zo herkenbaar maakt: geen naden, geen panelen, gewoon één vloeiend gegoten oppervlak dat als vloeibaar metaal om je voet sluit. Onder de stylecode DZ2545-600 vind je precies deze combinatie terug, voor wie de varianten uit elkaar houdt.
Die Foamposite-schaal doet meer dan opvallen. Hij vormt zich na verloop van tijd naar je voet en veeg je met een doek zo weer schoon. De doorzichtige buitenzool geeft grip op gladde stoep en laat tegelijk de carbonplaat eronder zien, die je stap stevig en gecontroleerd houdt. Draag hem tegen een egale zwarte broek, zodat het rood alle aandacht pakt, of juist bij spijkerstof voor iets rauwers. Weinig sneakers dragen hun kleur zo brutaal.
