Nike Superfly 10

The Superfly is the high-half of Nike’s speed line, and the tenth generation continues that formula. Where the Vapor keeps a low cut, the Superfly pulls a knitted sock collar over the ankle so the shoe and leg flow into each other. That collar isn’t functionally necessary but does define the look that has been part of the line since its introduction.

The construction is that of a match shoe. The upper is thin synthetic material with a ribbed texture on the strike zone, and the soleplate houses a Zoom Air unit, the same air unit with fibers that Nike uses in its running and basketball shoes. The studbed mixes conical studs with bladed ones up front for cutting at top speed.

The trim levels after the name determine how far the tech goes: Elite is the competition model, Academy and Club sit below that, and the letter code indicates the surface. On this page all levels are listed together.
