The Presto is built from a stretchable upper set in a cage of rubber bands. As a result, the shoe conforms to the shape of the foot rather than the other way around, and there is little rigid material between the foot and the sole. For that reason the model was sold in clothing sizes, from XS to XL, and not in the usual shoe sizes.
That makes sizing different from most sneakers, because one size covers a wider range.
