Roberto Mueller and Ewing Athletics
Roberto Mueller founded Ewing Athletics in the late 1980s, the brand that was created together with basketball player Patrick Ewing. We list over ninety Ewing Athletics sneakers under that name, which represents the brand's complete range on this site. They form a single coherent series, not separate models. Below they are grouped together, with for each version the prices, sizes and availability from multiple online stores shown side by side.
What you’ll find here
Ewing Athletics made basketball shoes for one player in the 1990s and then disappeared from the market for a while. Since its return the offering mainly consists of reissues of those old models, in their original form and sometimes in new colorways. New silhouettes are hardly added, which keeps the assortment compact and makes it look very similar year after year.
The shoes are solidly built: high-cut, with leather uppers, visible reinforcement around the ankle and a thick rubber sole. That’s the construction style that was common in that period and that the brand has not let go of since. Because the selection is small, the entire assortment is gathered on one page and you can see at a glance which versions are still available. Below you can filter by size, color and target audience.
