The Curry line is Stephen Curry's signature shoe and is built around one playing style: a lot of off-ball movement, short bursts and sharp turns. That translates into a shoe that sits high around the ankle, stays low to the ground and has an outsole tuned primarily for lateral grip. Heavily cushioned heels are absent in this range, because they compromise stability.

The difference between the two entries is mainly in the closure and the upper. The Curry 1 is the first in the series and retains a classic lacing row; the Curry 2 builds on that with a more tightly cut upper.
