Most people know the Air Max Goadome as that bulky ACG boot you reach for when the weather turns. Nike sawed it down low and, in this version, blacked the whole thing out.

What’s left is a low, stocky shoe that still carries everything the Goadome had up top. The entire upper is wrapped in croc embossing — across the toe, through the side panels and around the heel. The Swoosh is small and black and all but vanishes into the print. The black midsole holds the ACG logo, with the Air unit sitting visible beneath it and a thick, aggressively lugged outsole below that. There’s no colour anywhere; the texture of that reptile relief does the entire job.
This “Black Croc” follows the Taller de Rafa collaboration and lands as part of a croc pack that also includes a darker blue version. If the all-black reads too safe for you, that blue is the one to keep an eye on — but for most rotations the blackout is the easier pick.
One price at €185, then a jump to €315
Styling it is simple, which is the point. Straight jeans, cargos or a plain pair of black trousers; the shape and the all-black do the heavy lifting, so you need very little on top — an overshirt, a solid jacket, done. The raw outsole suits the season, and because everything is black it slides under almost any winter coat without clashing.
On Solezilla.com the market is euro-only for now: four active listings, no pound or dollar offers yet. Noirfonce and 4 Elementos both sit at the floor, around €185, while Stadium Goods jumps to roughly €315 — and since Stadium Goods shows up on both its EU and its German storefront, you’re really choosing between two shops at €185 and one well above them. UK and US buyers waiting on a local price will have to factor shipping and import onto a euro offer in the meantime.
The release is set for 15 October through SNKRS and select retailers, so there are a few days left to settle on your size and line the shops up side by side. The buzz is quiet so far — the Hypescore still reads INERT, radio silence before a drop — which usually says more about timing than about the shoe.
