Air Jordan 1 High OG “UNC Toe” (DZ5485-400): two years deep and still ATOMIC

Air Jordan 1 High OG UNC Toe (DZ5485-400)

Two years old and it’s still one of the most-wanted blue Jordans you can put in a rotation. The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC Toe” (DZ5485-400) dropped back in 2023 and it still shows up every week in fits, on the street and on TikTok. Makes sense. This is the University Blue take on the most famous blocking the Jordan 1 has, and that just works.

Why it stays clean

Look at it and you get it straight away. Toe box, heel and the ankle wing are University Blue. Around that sits the classic Black Toe setup: black mudguard, black lace panels, black Swoosh, black collar. Side panel is white, midsole too, and the outsole drops back to that light blue. Three colours, split tight, never busy. That’s the whole reason it’s so easy to wear. The blue pops, but the black and white keep the rest quiet, so you can throw it under almost any fit — baggy jeans, a black cargo, grey sweats — and it pulls focus without making you match the rest of your outfit to it.

From CHARGING to ATOMIC

Here’s the mad part. This isn’t a fresh drop — it’s a 2023 shoe — and it still reads 84 on our Hypescore, right in the ATOMIC band, the top phase on the scale. For something two years on the market, that’s a lot of charge. It’s not a raffle pair any more; it’s a colourway people decide they need, and keep deciding.

The price is a size thing

On Solezilla.com we’re listing seventeen active offers across fifteen shops, almost all resale and consignment, because regular retail sold through long ago. Every listing is in euros — no UK or US offer right now, so if you pay in pounds or dollars, add shipping and import first. GOAT shows €91, low enough that you check size and condition before you get excited; after that StockX is €124, Klekt €146, Side Kicks €156. From there it climbs through the €170s and €180s at Sneakerask, Collect District, Stadium Goods, Mentastore and Sneakeregeer, up to €305 at Keep It Sneaker.

Retail was €180, so the middle of this board is basically retail, two years later. The gap between cheapest and dearest is mostly your size: the common men’s sizes get crowded and the shops undercut each other, while the small and large ends stay pricey. So don’t read the lowest number as your price. Check what your size costs, per shop, on the UNC Toe page first, then pick. Want the rest of the blue ones? The Air Jordan 1 High page has them lined up.
