Nike Dunk Low GS “Year of the Snake” (HV6001-101)
De kleurstelling doet meteen zijn werk: een basis in sail, light bone en wit, waar overlays in diep groen overheen kruipen met een python-textuur die de schubben van een slang nabootst. Dat is geen toeval, want deze Dunk Low viert het Jaar van de Slang en de reptielprint zit precies waar je oog naartoe valt. Tussendoor duiken aardse tinten op: een vleug olijf, warm light british tan en een accent university red dat het geheel scherpte geeft. Wie de codes leest, herkent 'm aan HV6001-101.
De witte leren overlays houden hun vorm en zijn met een veeg zo weer schoon, terwijl het contrast tussen glad leer en de geschubde delen zorgt voor diepte die je op een egale sneaker mist. Het is een GS-model, dus de maatvoering valt aan de smallere kant; houd daar rekening mee. Draag 'm bij een strak gewassen jeans en laat de groene schubben het werk doen, of pak er een olijfgroene laag bij om die tint terug te laten komen.
