About Saucony

One hundred twenty years ago, Saucony owners began a journey they never thought would catapult their shoe company into the world’s highly innovative and significant brand. Founded in 1898, the brand’s name is inspired by the Saucony Creek which is at heart of the town. Saucony continued to make shoes until many people recognised the brand. The company moved the headquarters to Lexington, Massachusetts after its acquisition by Hyde Athletics. At the moment, the brand is owned by Stride Rite.

The company has evolved from a classic shoe manufacturer in the ’80s and ’90s to the production of striking designs such as ISOFit upper and Everun midsole. First debuted in 2005, the Everun added a thin layer of bouncy TPU foam on the standard EVA cushioning. This gives your feet more comfortability, flexibility and durability as the TPU sit close to the surface. At the moment, the Everun has two options: Everun top and midsole and the Everun top sole with the traditional EVA pair. Additionally, Saucony added ISOFit in 2015, a unique shoe with wings on either side of the shoe that allows your foot to shape better as you make strides when on course.
